General Information

This composition revolves around an early Kha'Zix and the Rival trait. Because Kha'Zix gains permanent upgrades through takedowns, you want to start playing around him as early as possible and give him items immediately.

Ideally, Kha'Zix should evolve into Ravager, followed by Executioner, Spellweaver, or Rapidfire, depending on the options you get and the rest of your board. If you have access to an additional Executioner, it becomes an especially strong option.

This composition is highly dependent on having an early Kha'Zix with items. The early takedowns are extremely important because they allow Kha'Zix and Rengar to scale throughout the game.

Early Game

You should only play this composition when you have an early Kha'Zix with items, allowing you to start stacking the Rival trait from Stage 2.

Your priority is to play the strongest possible board and maintain your tempo. Any upgraded frontline tank can be used early to buy time for Kha'Zix and Rengar to deal damage.

You generally want to prioritize Edge of Night for Kha'Zix. Rengar can then use Guinsoo's Rageblade and Titan's Resolve to scale through fights.

If you have a strong early board, focus on maintaining your win streak and collecting as many takedowns as possible.

Mid Game

If you have several important pairs on Level 6, you can roll slightly to upgrade your board and improve your chances of winning fights. Otherwise, save your gold and push toward Level 7.

Once you reach Level 7, your main goal is to slow roll for your 3★ units. Your primary targets are Kha'Zix and Rengar, while you can also look for a 3★ frontline unit such as Hecarim.

Rengar should be your main AD secondary carry. Guinsoo's Rageblade, Titan's Resolve, and Edge of Night are excellent items for him. Kha'Zix generally wants Edge of Night alongside flexible damage items such as Hand of Justice.

If you have leftover AP items, you can place them on Diana, who can become an additional carry once your main units are upgraded.

Late Game

Once you have completed your important 3★ upgrades, stop slow rolling and start investing your gold into levels.

You can then add stronger Legendary units and additional trait activations to further improve your board. Diana is also worth upgrading if you have enough gold and HP to comfortably chase her 3★.

The final power of the composition comes from the combination of Kha'Zix's permanent Rival upgrades, Rengar's scaling, and your 3★ units. The more takedowns you collect early, the stronger your board becomes as the game progresses.
