General Information This composition is all about reaching Level 7, putting your main carries on the board, and building a strong frontline with either 4 or 6 Vanguard/Defender units. You are essentially playing around two main carries: Cassiopeia and Fitzcic. On Level 7, you want to slow roll while staying above 50 gold in order to hit your important units. Rammus is also one of your main tanks, so you should be rolling for him as well since he is a 3-cost unit. Main Carry – Cassiopeia Mana regeneration is extremely important for Cassiopeia. Blue Buff, Shojin, and Adaptive Helm are all great options. In my opinion, Blue Buff is the strongest option, but Shojin also caps out extremely well in this composition. Hextech Gunblade is basically a BIS item because it allows Cassiopeia to heal your massive frontline. Archangel's Staff is another BIS option, as a stronger and larger frontline gives Cassiopeia more time to stack it, making her significantly stronger. This is one of those compositions where having the correct BIS items matters a lot, although your mana regeneration item can still be played flexibly depending on what you get. Additional Carries You have plenty of options for additional carries depending on your items and what you hit. Ahri can work very well, while on Level 8 you can add Soraka. Ivern is another strong option, either on his own or combined with a powerful 5-cost unit. You can even play Draven in the backline if you have AD items available. This can give your composition a more unique setup: instead of relying entirely on AP carries, you also gain a strong AD damage source. If you have items such as Guinsoo's Rageblade or other AD-focused items, Draven can be a very good addition. Pro Tips If you have the opportunity to hit Ornn 3★, you can absolutely play him in this composition, as this gives you access to an additional Artifact. Another useful strategy is starting with Coven if you hit Cassiopeia very early. You can play around Coven just long enough to cash out at around 250+, giving yourself a better chance of gaining additional gold and items before transitioning into your final board.
